Just 10 days before the national election the electorate still doesn’t know the position of parties and candidates on key issues. On of these issues is the sexual and reproductive rights agenda.
Those of us who are going to vote want to know what parties propose for dealing with social and health issues such as the feminization of HIV-Aids, illegal and clandestine abortion, domestic and sexual violence, homophobia, among many others.
For this reason, next Thursday 15 we will carry out a public demonstration that will begin in front of Parliament at 12:30, then will head to the offices of the presidency at Plaza Independencia and will end at Plaza Libertad, iconic site of the struggle for sexual and reproductive rights as Human Rights.
The demonstration will feature the presentation of 20 women body painted with the emblem of the campaign for sexual and reproductive rights who will perform at said locations.
Because they are your rights, assert them! Join the campaign!
An artistic photographic record of the entire activity will be soon included in a traveling exhibition.
